Shipping & Delivery 

Every order is shipped from The Republic of Ireland. We are part of the European Union. There are no customs duties to be paid when buying goods coming from within the European Union. Whatever your payment is at checkout is your total payment.

We do ship Express Post in Ireland (€7.90) and Priority International Parcel within the EU and An Post Courier anywhere else worldwide. Delivery charges are based on product weight and destination.

Delivery Times: Ireland 1-2 working days, UK 3-5 working days, EU 5-8 working days, outside of the EU 7-14 working days. Every effort will be made to have your order dispatched the very next day.

If parcel is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered graemestackleandpets.ie is not liable to refund the postage. If you are not in to sign for the delivery, most couriers will leave a note regarding pickup or new delivery arrangement. But if they don’t leave a note and parcel ends up in a depot to be returned to us we will just refund you the value of the product, because we still have to pay your postage.
